How quickly can you get to me?

How often should I service my air conditioner?
Once a year, ideally before summer kicks in. An annual service keeps the unit running efficiently, lowers your power bill, and catches small problems before they become breakdowns.
How often should my gas heater be serviced?
At least once every two years, and yearly if your unit is over 10 years old. Every gas heater service should include a carbon monoxide safety test, which we include as standard.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes. We charge a fixed call-out fee that covers travel, diagnosis, and a full assessment of the issue. You’ll know the exact amount before we book you in. There are no hidden charges or surprise bills.
